Quick Start Guide

This guide walks you through how to get started with Fynite and achieve your first outcome using the built-in Launchpad experience.

By the end of this guide, you will have created an account, completed onboarding, and deployed your first AI-powered workflow.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure that:

  • You have access to a valid email address

  • You have access to a data source (e.g., Google Drive, SharePoint, Dropbox)

Step 1: Create an Account or Log In

New Users

  1. Go to: https://app.fynite.ai/user/registerarrow-up-right

  2. Complete the registration form

  3. Verify your email address using the link sent to your inbox

  4. After verification, proceed to login

Existing Users

  1. Go to: https://app.fynite.ai/user/loginarrow-up-right

  2. Enter your credentials and log in

Single Sign-On (SSO)

You can also log in using Google:

  • Select Continue with Google on the login page

  • Authenticate using your Google account

Note: Only Google SSO is currently supported.

Step 2: Launchpad Onboarding (Create Your First Workflow)

After logging in, you will be automatically directed to the Launchpad.

The Launchpad is designed to guide you through creating your first working setup without manual configuration.

2.1 Select Your Use Case

  • Choose the type of agent or workflow you want to create

  • This defines your initial setup and configuration path

2.2 Connect an Input Source

Connect a data source that your workflow will use.

Supported sources include:

  • Google Drive

  • SharePoint Online

  • Dropbox

Provide the required credentials and authorize access.

2.3 Select a Knowledge Base

  • Choose or configure the knowledge base your agent will use

  • This defines the data context for AI processing

2.4 Complete Guided Setup

The Launchpad will guide you through:

  • Creating your first integration

  • Automatically generating an initial workflow

  • Configuring system prompts for AI behavior

  • Testing your AI agent in a controlled environment

This step ensures you have a functional setup without manual configuration.

2.5 Test Your AI Chatbot

  • Interact with your AI agent directly within the platform

  • Validate responses and behavior

  • Adjust prompts if needed

2.6 Deploy Your Chatbot

Once setup is complete:

  1. Copy the provided embed snippet

  2. Add it to your website (typically in the <head> section)

  3. Load your website and verify the chatbot is live

You now have a fully functional AI-powered workflow deployed.
